Track Workout at Mesquite High School

We will begin the workout, at 5AM, with about a 1 mile warmup followed by strides and then the weekly speed work. After the speed portion we do a 1 - 2 mile cool down. You can cater the workout to your specific needs or join in the group workout for that week. Lead the pack, run the track!

Saturday Long Run

We will be running the canals for our long run.

Friday Open Run

This is an open run for whatever workout, pace and distance you may want or need.

We meet at the SE corner of Ray & Cooper (http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3467653) (the former Albertson's & Coffee Bean).

Thursday- Las Sendas Hill Run- (5:00AM)

We will run from the Starbucks parking lot, through the hills in the Las Sendas neighborhood. Various routes and mileage are available, to meet your running needs.

Wednesday Hill Run–Las Sendas

This week we will meet at 5:00AM in the parking lot of the Starbucks at Power Road and McDowell, in Mesa.

This is a great out-and-back workout with HILLS that can be tailored to any distance.
