Track Workout at Mesquite High School

We will begin the workout, at 5AM, with about a 1 mile warmup followed by strides and then the weekly speed work. After the speed portion we do a 1 - 2 mile cool down. You can cater the workout to your specific needs or join in the group workout for that week. Lead the pack, run the track!

Saturday Long Run

Friday Open Run

This is an open run for whatever workout, pace and distance you may want or need.

We meet at the SE corner of Ray & Cooper (http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3467653) (the former Albertson's & Coffee Bean).

Wednesday Hill Run–Las Sendas

This week we will meet at 5:00AM in the Walgreens parking lot on the NW corner of Power Road and Thomas Road in Mesa.

This is a great out-and-back workout with HILLS that can be tailored to any distance. The usual route is an 8-mile out-and-back, but you can make it shorter or longer however you prefer.

We will be running the Scottsdale greenbelt. Nice place to run with lots of shade. We will eat breakfast at Butters afterward.
