Usery Pass Run

We meet at the corner of McDowell and Ellsworth Road in Mesa, and run up Ellsworth along Usery Mountain Regional Park. This is a great hill workout.

Wednesday Hill Run (5:00AM) Las Sendas

This week we will meet at 5:00AM in the Walgreens parking lot on the NW corner of Power Road and Thomas Road in Mesa.

This is a great out-and-back workout with HILLS that can be tailored to any distance. The usual route is an 8-mile out-and-back, but you can make it shorter or longer however you prefer.

Track Workout at Mesquite High School

We will begin the workout, at 5AM, with about a 1 mile warmup followed by strides and then the weekly speed work. After the speed portion we do a 1 - 2 mile cool down. You can cater the workout to your specific needs or join in the group workout for that week. Lead the pack, run the track!

Saturday Long Run 5:00 AM

We will be running the canals for our long run.

San Tan Trail Run

There is a $7.00 fee if you do not have an annual pass. Bring a headlamp for this first 10-15 minutes of the run until the sun starts greeting us earlier.

Friday Open Run (5:00AM)

This is an open run for whatever workout, pace and distance you may want or need.

We meet at the SE corner of Ray & Cooper (http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3467653) (the former Albertson's & Coffee Bean).
