Please join us for the kick off to this year's Speed Through Spring program. This orientation will cover how the program is structured and for those ready, will also include a mile time trial (come dressed to run if you would like to participate in the time trial).
The cost of the program includes:
15 week training plan with 3 different levels
Group workouts and presentations on Tuesday evenings
Customized training paces
Pizza party at program's conclusion
Cost is $55 for non-members (fee includes EVR dues for remainder of 2019), $40 for club members
