EVR currently offers two training programs for runners for an additional fee: Speed Through Spring and the Fall Into Winter Training Program.  These programs provide a training plan, coached workouts and recommended paces for runners to train at based on their abilities.  Participants have ranged in age from their teens all the way up to and including folks in their 70s.  Each program offers several levels of training (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and can have runners who struggle to complete a mile in more than 14 minutes to those who can easily run a mile in 7 minutes.  Programs typically include a shirt and a post-program party.
