Track Workout at Mesquite High School

Because this Monday is a holiday, we will start at 6:00 a.m. instead of 5:00 a.m. Those who can are also planning to meet afterward (7:15) at the Over Easy restaurant for breakfast (211 E. Warner Rd Gilbert AZ 85296)--whether you've run or not! We will begin the workout, at 6AM, with about a 1 mile warmup followed by strides and then speed work. After the speed portion we do a 1 - 2 mile cool down. You can cater the workout to your specific needs or join in the group workout for that week. Lead the pack, run the track!
